真冬の韓国へ2泊3日。暖冬の影響か氷点下いかない日もあり寒すぎず、冬ならではのこともできて充実した4度目の渡韓でした！
Went to Seoul, South Korea for the fourth time! Perhaps due to the mild winter, it wasn’t too cold, and I was able to enjoy things that are unique to winter, making it a fulfilling trip.
チムジルバン｜Korean sauna Jjimjilbang

深夜便で早朝に着いたので、まずは24時間やっているチムジルバンへ休みにやってきました。ローカルも多く、朝から(前夜から？)寝てる人がたくさんいました。チムジルバンだけでなく今回は初めてよもぎ蒸しを体験しました〜！
Since I arrived early in the morning on a late-night flight, I headed to a 24-hour jjimjilbang to rest. This time, I also tried the mugwort steam bath for the first time!
よもぎ蒸しとは？What is mugwort steam bath?
よもぎと数十種類の韓方が炊かれた壷を穴の空いた椅子の中に置いてガウンを羽織り、蒸気で子宮を温める韓国で古くから伝わる民間療法。自律神経の乱れを整えるなどのほか、生理痛や痔の改善にも効果的だとか。
Mugwort steam bath is a traditional Korean folk remedy where a pot containing mugwort and dozens of types of Korean herbal medicine is placed inside a chair with holes (sitting bath). The steam from the herbs is used to warm the uterus. This method, which has been passed down in Korea for centuries, is believed to help regulate the autonomic nervous system, as well as relieve menstrual pain and improve conditions like hemorrhoids.

広蔵市場|Gwangjang Market
地元の友達が案内してくれて、屋台でチヂミにおでんにホットク、、どれも日本で食べれるものとは少し違って新鮮でした！美味しかったなあ
My local friend guided me around in Gwangjang Market, and we had pajeon (savory pancake), odeng (fish cake), and hotteok (sweet pancakes) at a street food stall. They were all a little different from what I’ve had in Japan, so it was a fresh experience! They were so delicious!
聖水｜Seongsu
若者のホットプレイスとなってるオシャレな聖水エリア。気になってた新しくできたお店へ行ってきました！I visited the trendy area of Seongsu, which has become a hot spot for young people. I checked out the newly opened stores!
Olive Young N Seongsu
他の店舗と違ってカテゴリーごとに商品が並んでていて探しているものが見つけやすい！1階はポップアップなどをしていてとても広くてオシャレな建物になってます。明洞より空いてるしオススメです。Unlike other stores, the products are arranged by category, making it easy to find what you’re looking for! It’s less crowded than Myeongdong, so I highly recommend it!
Torriden Connect
店員さんが丁寧に説明してくれ、お得なプレゼントももらえるからオリヤンであえて買わずに正解でした！At Torriden Connect, the staff were very helpful and explained everything in detail. Plus, I got some great free gifts.
Tamburins
前は別の店舗に行きましたが、愛用している大好きな香水。どれもいい香りで迷いますが、欲しかった卵形の香水をゲット。持ち運びに便利なサイズです。At Tamburins, I got the egg-shaped perfume I wanted. It’s a convenient size for carrying around!
明洞|Myeong-dong
今回の目的でもある美容クリニックへ。こちらは他の回に紹介します〜I also visited the beauty clinic, which was one of the main purposes of this trip. I’ll share more about it in another post!
Wiggle Wiggle
大好きなWiggle Wiggle♡店内が可愛すぎた。。！お土産も買ってテンション上がります。 The inside of the store was too cute…! bought some souvenirs!
明洞餃子
明洞に来たら一度は食べてほしい明洞餃子。ほっぺた落ちる。。マンドゥ(餃子)は味薄めなんだけど食べ放題のキムチは激辛なので注意！笑
If you visit Myeongdong, you definitely have to try Myeongdong Gyoja. The mandu (dumplings) are on the milder side in terms of flavor, but the kimchi here is super spicy, so be careful haha

Cafe Onion Anguk
最終日は早起きしてCefe Onion Angukで朝食を食べに、開店と同時の7時にやってきました。Woke up early and went to Cefe Onion Anguk for breakfast, arriving right at 7 AM when they opened.
韓国の伝統家屋を現代風にリフォーム作られた店舗は、過去と現在が混ざって雰囲気抜群。焼き立てとのパンとコーヒーが最高。。！Remodeled from a traditional Korean house into a modern space, the store blends the past and present beautifully, creating an amazing atmosphere. The freshly baked bread and coffee were just perfect…!
他にもリノベーションされた建物やおしゃれなカフェがあちこちにあるソウル。お腹も心も満たされて、また戻って来れるように頑張ろうと思える旅でしたっ！
My heart and stomach were both full, and it was a trip that made me feel motivated to work hard so I can come back again!
